Meet Sculptra
At Hydro Health & Beauty, we like to stay in tune with the latest clinically established treatments in skin and aesthetics. Nurse Danielle, our experienced Independent Nurse Prescriber, is now introducing Sculptra – a collagen-stimulating injectable treatment designed for gradual, natural-looking rejuvenation.
What is Sculptra?
Sculptra is different from a traditional hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Rather than simply adding volume or filling an individual line, Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a collagen bio-stimulator that works by stimulating your body’s own collagen production.
As we age, our natural collagen levels decline, contributing to loss of firmness, changes in facial volume, fine lines, wrinkles and changes in overall skin quality.
Sculptra takes a more progressive approach, helping to gradually rebuild structural support from within.
Why are people choosing Sculptra?
Depending on individual suitability and treatment goals, Sculptra may help improve:
Loss of facial volume – helping to support areas affected by age-related volume changes.
Skin firmness and structure – stimulating new collagen can help create stronger, firmer-looking skin.
Fine lines and wrinkles – as structural support improves, lines may gradually become less noticeable.
Overall skin quality – ideal for those looking for subtle, progressive rejuvenation rather than an obvious or dramatically altered appearance.
Unlike treatments designed to create an immediate filling effect, Sculptra results are subtle as collagen production is stimulated over time.
Every Sculptra treatment begins with a full consultation with Nurse Danielle to assess your facial structure, skin, medical history and individual goals before creating a personalised treatment plan.
Sculptra consultations are now available at Hydro Health & Beauty in Skegness, Lincoln and Harby.
